Festivals in Singapore: Cultural and Arts Events

Festivals in Singapore across parks, theatres and halls, from arts and cultural programmes to multi-day events, each linked to its official page.

About this page

Singapore festivals, compiled from official listings

This page lists festivals in Singapore at the venues we cover. They include arts festivals, cultural festivals, music and food events, and outdoor programmes in parks and gardens. Singapore festivals 2026 and beyond are added as organisers confirm them.

A festival differs from a one-off show in a few ways. It runs over several days or weeks, often across more than one space, and it usually mixes free and ticketed events. You might walk into a free performance in the afternoon and book a seat for a headline show in the evening.

Because the programme is wider, a festival needs a little more planning than a single concert. Check which parts need tickets, which are open to everyone and whether the schedule changes from day to day.

Many festivals use outdoor spaces, so see our guide to parks and outdoor venues. Others take over performing arts spaces, covered in our guide to theatres and concert halls. Each listing links to its official source, where you confirm dates and entry terms. We do not sell tickets.

Festival tips

Practical tips for festival visits

Programme

Read the full schedule

Festivals publish a programme that lists each event, its location and whether it needs a ticket. Read it before you go, because sessions can sit in different places.

Tickets

Know what is free and what is not

Many festivals include free events alongside ticketed ones. Book the ticketed shows early, and treat free sessions as first come, first served unless the page says otherwise.

Timing

Spread your visit

With multi-day festivals you do not need to see everything in one trip. Choose a day or two, and check opening hours for each part of the programme.

Weather

Prepare for heat and rain

Outdoor festivals can be hot, humid or wet. Bring water, sun protection and a rain cover, and see whether sessions move indoors in bad weather.

Crowds

Go early for popular sessions

Free and open-access events can fill up. Arrive early for the sessions you most want to see, and agree a meeting point if you are in a group.

Getting there

Check transport and closures

Large festivals can affect nearby roads and pedestrian routes. Look at the event page for transport advice before you travel.
