Venue guide
Suntec Convention Centre events range from consumer fairs and fan conventions to medical congresses and trade summits. This guide lists what is confirmed from October to November 2026, explains the halls and levels, and shows the quickest way in by MRT.
About the venue
Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre sits at 1 Raffles Boulevard in Suntec City, in the Central Business District. The centre describes itself as connected to three MRT lines, with about 5,200 hotel rooms and six museums nearby and direct access to roughly 1,000 retail outlets and 300 restaurants. In practice that means most visitors arrive by train, walk through a mall and reach the halls without going outside.
It is one of the busiest event venues in the city. On a single weekend the official calendar can show a consumer fair on Level 4, a conference on Level 3 and a church service in a smaller room. That is why a search for suntec events returns such a mixed list: the centre hosts public shows, closed corporate meetings and regular weekly services under one roof.
This page filters the calendar down to events a member of the public might actually want to visit, plus the larger trade shows and congresses that shape the month. Private company briefings, networking meetings and religious services are left out. Every listing links to the Suntec page or organiser page where we found the dates.
What's on
Dates below come from the official Suntec Singapore events calendar. That calendar currently runs to early December 2026, so we list October and November only. December to March will be added as Suntec and organisers publish them.

Events at Suntec this weekend
The fastest check for events at Suntec this weekend is the official Suntec Singapore events calendar. It is listed day by day and includes private bookings, so look at the category label on each entry. Consumer fairs, bazaars, expos and fan conventions are the ones open to the public. Entries marked private event, workshop or religious service are not.
Weekends in this period tend to carry the public shows. Early October has the Smart Home Tech Show and ELDEX, mid October has HallyuCon, late October has Food Japan and Namaste Bharat, and November opens with a three-event weekend on 7 and 8 November. The last weekend of November belongs to Anime Festival Asia.
Weekdays are mostly conferences and trade events. Some of them, such as Food Japan, open to the public only on the final day, so read the trade and public notes on the event page before you travel.
Levels and halls
Events sit on three levels. Suntec states a total of 42,000 square metres of meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition space across them.
Level 3 holds 36 meeting rooms with 28 operable walls, so rooms can be joined or split. Some face City Hall and the Fountain of Wealth. The Level 3 Concourse is used for fairs, as with the ATA Travel Fair and The Tech Show. Conferences such as CyberSG Innovation Day and IMPA Singapore use the Level 3 rooms.
Level 4 has 12,000 square metres of multi-purpose exhibition space, split into Halls 401 to 406. This is where most consumer shows land: Craft Festival in Hall 401, HallyuCon in Hall 405, the dance championships in Hall 406, and Anime Festival Asia across all six halls.
Level 6 has a main auditorium of more than 4,200 seats and a secondary auditorium of 850 seats. It can also convert to 10,000 square metres of column-free exhibition space. Level 1 is the entrance, where The Big Picture LED video wall is installed.
If an event page gives a hall or room number, use it. The levels are large and a fair in Hall 405 is a different walk from a conference in Level 3 Nicoll 1.
Getting there
The quickest way in is Esplanade MRT station (CC3), about 3 minutes on foot. Promenade and City Hall stations also work.
1 Raffles Boulevard, Suntec City, Singapore 039593 Open in Google Maps →
Rates last checked 1 October 2026 on the Suntec City Getting Here page (By Car tab). Grace period is 10 minutes. Basement 2 entrances A, D and G are season parking only from 7.00am to 4.59pm. Check before you drive; event-day rates can differ.
Which station
Esplanade is the shortest walk and the clearest route, so use it if you are on the Circle Line. Promenade works well if you are coming from the Downtown Line, since it puts you into Suntec City Mall and you walk through to the centre under cover.
City Hall is the one to choose if you are on the East West or North South Line and do not want to change trains. The walk is longer, but it is covered through City Link Mall and Esplanade Exchange. For big shows such as Anime Festival Asia, expect crowds in the passages at opening time and spread your arrival across stations if you are travelling in a group.
Food
Suntec City Mall is attached to the convention centre, so food is a short walk from any hall. Food Republic, a food court at 3 Temasek Boulevard in Suntec City Mall, is the practical option for a quick lunch, with local stalls under one roof. Din Tai Fung also has a branch in the West Wing of the mall. Outlets change, so check the mall directory on the day.
Food stalls inside the halls vary by event. Suntec offers a mobile cafe for exhibitions and grab and go snacks as organiser services, but whether a given fair uses them is up to the organiser. Food and drink fairs such as Food Japan and Namaste Bharat will have their own offerings.
At peak times, such as a Saturday lunch during a big convention, the mall food courts fill up. Eating before 11.30am or after 2pm avoids most of the queue.
Visitor tips
Read the public hours. Trade shows often reserve the first days for trade visitors. Food Japan is a clear example: the first two days are trade only. Always check the event page for public days and times.
Buy tickets from the organiser. Suntec runs the venue, not the shows. Admission, queues and refunds are handled by each organiser. Some events here are free, such as the Smart Home Tech Show and ELDEX. Others, such as HallyuCon, sell tickets through the organiser’s page.
Go on a weekday afternoon for consumer fairs where you can. Weekend openings draw the largest crowds, particularly at fan conventions.
Check the exact hall. Several events can run at the same time on different levels. The event page names the hall, so pick the right lift lobby and signage before you walk in.
Bring a bag you can carry. Fairs with sales and bazaars mean shopping bags. Light carry options make the MRT trip home easier.
From the official calendar: Food Japan (22 to 24 October 2026), Namaste Bharat (22 to 25 October), Singapore Urban Mobility Week (4 to 6 November), The Tech Show (13 to 15 November) and Anime Festival Asia (27 to 29 November). See the full list above.
Use the official Suntec Singapore events calendar and check the category on each entry. Consumer fairs, bazaars and conventions are open to the public. Private events and workshops are not.
Suntec events take place at the convention and exhibition centre at 1 Raffles Boulevard. Suntec City is the wider complex that includes the mall, office towers and the convention centre. Events listed on the convention centre calendar are the ones covered on this page.
Esplanade (CC3) on the Circle Line, via Exit A, about 3 minutes by Suntec’s own estimate. Promenade (CC4) via Exit C takes about 5 minutes, and City Hall (EW13) about 8 minutes.
It depends on the event. The Smart Home Tech Show and ELDEX Asia list free admission on their Suntec pages. Others sell tickets through the organiser. Check the organiser page linked on each listing.
Level 4 has 12,000 square metres of exhibition space in Halls 401 to 406 and hosts most consumer fairs. Level 3 has meeting rooms and a concourse. Level 6 has the main auditorium and can convert to exhibition space.
Yes. Suntec lists a basement carpark, with West Wing (Green Zone) recommended and lift lobbies A or B leading to Levels 3, 4 and 6. Check the official visit page for current routes.
Suntec City Mall is attached. Food Republic and Din Tai Fung are among the outlets listed there. Outlets change, so check the mall directory.
